Mickie Betz is an engineer working for Atlassian, out of their Austin office.

Mickie came from a law background, which was pretty male-dominated, but the tech world took that experience to another level altogether.

Mickie is a woman who’s breaking down stereotypes – paving the way, raising awareness around unconscious bias in an industry that is slowly realising that diversity of people, thought and culture makes better business sense.
