Workplace behaviours can become entrenched, making them difficult to change.
We crafted a campaign from script to screen with the PwC team, using humour as a way of showing and not telling.
Based on research that highlighted pain points experienced within newly deisgned office spaces, we set out into a corporate wilderness, where we meet The Nester, The Trailer, The Camper and The Howler.
The campaign, consisting of four hero videos supported by internal digital boards and EDM’s, proved a hit with the team.
Not only raising awareness and becoming and an effective campaign for improved workplace culture - along the way, these craetures picked up Best Internal Comms at the Mumbrella Awards.
