Michael and David wanted to create an ‘artist video’ where it was difficult to seperate concept, narrative, life and art.
The central idea of ‘A Guy LIke Me’ (or Dad, as it affectionately became known) so fully mirrored the artist, and with such reverence, that it inspired a scenaro where, if one wasn’t careful, it could actually replace the orignal.
